Labor Efficiencies

  • Depending upon your choice in systems, labor savings of up to 3 employees per shift as compared to traditional systems are possible.

Maximum Throughput

  • Rated at speeds in excess of 90 bales per hour,
  • For polyethylene, over 1,300 bales are packaged between roll changes.
  • For polypropylene, more than 400 bales are packaged between roll changes.

Quality Package

  • Fully-approved by the Joint Cotton Industry Bale Packaging Commiittee. 
  • Bags are fully gussetted on top and bottom -- making square corners that will not be damaged by lift trucks.
